Hellooooo???

I'm baaack... for now... between moving and computers crashing, I haven't posted anything for quite some time... so here ya go!

So I resisted the urge to not take any pictures until I'd cleaned and straightened up... so... bear with me and my little messes everywhere!
Many of you have asked for pictures of the house now that we're moved in --- we're moved in and livin' here but we are not at all completely settled or moved in. I don't have my family pics up and that means a lot to me in my home... but it is feeling more and more like home every day.

The Living Room

We've put this table here in the middle of the room to feel it out for an island... we want to put one in eventually and we're trying to decide how big...

The Dining Room

Our table looks kind of silly in this HUGE dining room... but it works for now!:)

The Attic

As I said, I resisted the urge to clean up. We have the train set set up in the front room and haven't done much but set up the twin bed in the guest room that you can see through the doorway... But we're expecting company soon so it will be going together more and more each day!

The "Movie Room"

We set this room up with the kids' movies and a futon - it will be a sort of a second guest room if we need it...
Jack's Room
Once again... didn't pick up... and we haven't taken the time or $$ to organize the toy situation yet! :)

Our closet that was just a big empty room... it's coming together... just like everything else!

Meg's room

The rug there on the floor is now spread out and there's one just like it in Ella's room - complete with a comfy pad to make the floor a fun place to wrestle!!!

So, there you have it... that's most of the house... we are slowly but surely making it our own. Some good friends and family have reminded me again and again how this takes time... I'm just not a "process" kind of girl --- I like the finished product! :)
