Ella's "Performance" at Noah's Ark preschool

Ella had her performance at Noah's Ark today .

Paint job - baby's room

Here's the progress we've made on the baby's room. We've had to peel MUCH wallpaper, repair plaster, sand, repair more plaster, sand, etc and now paint. We're just waiting on carpet and then will be able to move the cabinet out of the middle of the room, set up the crib, etc!

Less than 3 weeks until his expected arrival...

Saw Bridgette (my nurse practitioner/midwife) yesterday and everything looks good but not much happening yet... which I am alright with. :) She said it's best for him to "cook" a bit more anyway - for his lungs and such.

One prayer request - I am Strep B positive and I have been reassured again and again that it's not a big deal but I am a bit anxious about getting the two doses of penicillin in that need to be 4 hours apart -- my labors usually only last about 4 hours!

Meg's Birthday Party

We invited just a few friends over to celebrate Meg's 6th birthday. She had decided months ago that she was having a snow party. She came up with the idea for the cake, the pretend snowball fight, and took it all on - even giving me directions on exactly how we would make an igloo cake. The sun shined and it was a beautiful day without any real snow but that didn't stop us!!!!

The girls all seemed to have a great time!

This was even our second simulated snowball fight!!!

Koltiska's Pumpkin Patch

I was soooooo thankful to my friends who came with us to the pumpkin patch!!! I deleted the pictures from my camera after I thought I'd successfully downloaded them.... So Adam and Sarah shared these with me!!! Thanks guys! Eli, Ainsley, Meg and Ella

Birthday Dinner at the Chop House

For Meg's birthday on Saturday, while Dave was gone, she chose to eat dinner at The Rib and Chop House - her favorite place!!! She usually has to share some ribs with Dave or me while she eats some mac-n-cheese. For her birthday, I let her order her own half rack of ribs - not sure if she would eat them all or not... Any guesses as to whether or not she did????

Yep - no problem! She polished 'em. Seriously -- didn't share a one with either Ella or me!!!

And then we all ate this yummy peanut butter silk pie together! YUM! We love to celebrate birthdays around here!!!

Meg's Birthday at School

We made white cupcakes with white frosting to share with Meg's class to celebrate her birthday.

A Weekend in Sheridan

These past few weekends, we've been in Sheridan and it's been great to just be at home -- here are a series of pictures showing how we Hubert's keep ourselves busy on our days off!

We got about 5 inches of snow out of a storm that we were expecting to be a lot bigger. In fact, just 2 hours north of us in Billings, Montana, they had about 2-3 feet in town. The girls took to burying each other and then giggling as they struggled to get out!

We also worked a lot on the baby's room. After many weeks of wallpaper peeling and repairing plaster, we were all so excited to be painting!!!! The girls had been asking when they could help and the time finally came!

We took Meg out to dinner at Los Agave's for her birthday a few days early as Dave was off to Saratoga for his hunting trip. She was so excited to wear the hat and have everyone sing Happy Birthday to her!!!

And everyone else had to try on the hat, too!

34 Weeks and growing!!!!!!!!!

So we're 36 weeks today but here's some pictures of a couple of weeks ago.

Saw the dr today and all is going well - I am measuring a bit big but they keep reassuring me not to worry but maybe lay off the Snickers bars --- and it's Halloween and everything... UGH.

I am just enjoying these last few weeks of pregnancy - it's actually the best I've felt all along!!! I love to watch my belly jump and wiggle with his every little movement and the girls have had fun pushing on his feet (at least that's what we think are poking us!) and having him move in response to them.

Won't be long now!

Meadowlark's Undefeated Girls K-1 Soccer Team

Meg played real soccer this year -- they had games and everything!!! :)

She had lots of fun and got to know some of the girls at her school and they went undefeated!!!!
