Camping with the Russell Family in the Big Horn Mountains

We headed up above Buffalo to Elgin Park for a weekend with the Russell Family --- it was a full moon so anything was possible!!! ;)

The kids found a pretty cool cave while we hiked up Doyle Creek

And we enjoyed a little dip in Doyle Creek, too!  Why does it always seem that when we're hiking with the Russell's clothes are removed and kids are in the creek???

My attempt at being creative... this tree was so cool!  I like how the white bark contrasts to the clear blue sky...

And always, if we're with Jeremy and Dave, there must be some fishing happening!  Alex caught the first one and I understand that there were many more -- brown trout, I think?

Jack enjoys the view from atop Dave's shoulders the best...

And now on to pictures of the WILDLIFE!
Alex (6) with Hannah (2)
Ella (6) with Jack (2 1/2) and Meg (8)

And there were a young pair of bull moose hanging out in the marshy areas... I was able to get a whole bunch of pictures of them... they are such majestic and huge animals... and these guys were small ones...
